自拟眩晕汤治疗眩晕肝阳上亢症临床疗效观察

目的探讨自拟眩晕汤治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕(椎基底动脉供血不足)的临床疗效。方法收集于2014年3月—2015年3月之间眩晕(椎基底动脉供血不足)肝阳上亢证患者50例。结果治愈30例,总有效率达88%。结论自拟眩晕汤治疗眩晕(椎基底动脉供血不足)肝阳上亢证有显著疗效。"眩晕者,中风之渐也。"希望能够引起人们对眩晕病的重视。

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Self-made Xuanyun Decoction in the Treatment of Vertigo of Syndrome of Upper Hyperactivity of Liver Yang

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Xuanyun decoction in the treatment of vertigo of upper hyperactivity of liver yang ( vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency ) .Methods 50 cases of patients with vertigo of upper hyperactivity of liver yang (vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency) from March 2014 to March 2015 March vertigo (vertebrobasilar insufficiency) were collected.Results 30 cases were cured .The total effective rate was 88%.Conclusion The self-made Xuanyun decoction in the treatment of vertigo of upper hyperactivity of liver yang ( vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency ) has significant effect ."Vertigo indicates gradual progress of stroke ."We hope that can cause people to pay attention to the importance of vertigo .
