34例消癌止痛散穴位贴敷止癌痛的护理临床观察

目的观察消癌止痛散中医特色护理技术对癌性疼痛患者的疗效。方法将消癌止痛散制作成膏剂穴位贴敷,3~4小时后洗去药物,每日1次,15天为一疗程。结果癌痛及相关症状完全缓解3例、明显缓解10例、轻度缓解10例、无效11例,总有效率67.64%(P0.01)。结论消癌止痛散外用治疗癌性疼痛,疗效明显,可减轻患者的癌性疼痛。

Clinical Observation on the Nursing of Xiaoai Zhitong Powder Acupoint Sticking for Relieving Cancer Pain for 34 Cases

Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing of Xiaoai Zhitong powder on cancer pain . Methods Xiaoai Zhitong powder was made into ointment for acupoint sticking .The medicine was cleaned up after 3 or 4 hours, once a day, 15 days as a period of treatment .Results 3 cases were completely relief from cancer pain and related symptoms , 10 cases were obvious relief, 10 cases were moderate relief, 11 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 67.64% (P <0.01).Conclusion The external application of Xiaoai Zhitong powder on cancer pain is significantly effective , and it can reduce patients ’ cancer pain .
