活血解郁汤治疗中风后抑郁症60例临床观察

目的对采用活血解郁汤治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效进行分析。方法选择我院2014年4月—2015年1月接受中风后抑郁症60例患者的临床资料。随机分成两组,治疗组与对照组,每组30例。两组患者在一般治疗基础上,对照组应用百忧解进行治疗。治疗组应用活血解郁汤进行治疗。对两组患者治疗前后的症状表现进行分析,明确两组患者的药物不良反应。结果应用活血解郁汤治疗的患者临床效果总体好于应用百忧解患者,并且在药物不良反应上治疗组低于对照组。两组患者具有可比性(P0.05)。结论应用活血解郁汤治疗中风后抑郁症具有明显的临床疗效,值得临床进一步推广。

Clinical Analysis on Huoxue Jieyu Decoction in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of Huoxue Jieyu decoction in the treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods From April 2014 to January 2015, the clinical data of 60 patients with post-stroke depression were selected. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Based on the general treatment, the control group used prozac for treatment, and the treatment group used Huoxue Jieyu decoction. Before and after treatment, the symptoms were analyzed, and adverse drug reactions were observed. Results The overall clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the adverse drug reactions of treatment group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was comparable (P<0. 05). Conclusion Huoxue Jieyu decoction in the treatment of post-stroke depression has obvious curative effect, and is worthy of clinical further promotion.
