中药联合内镜治疗腹泻型大肠息肉的研究

摘    要:目的验证采用中药联合内镜治疗腹泻型大肠息肉疗效要明显优于单纯手术切除息肉的方法来治疗腹泻型大肠息肉。方法针对100例腹泻型大肠息肉患者进行随机分组,实验组50例确诊患者,经电切息肉后口服加味神术散治疗,后复查大肠镜;对照组50例,单纯手术切除息肉,后复查大肠镜。对每一位患者自入院后病情进行定期观察,在此期间两组未再服用任何可影响息肉生长的药物。结果统计结果表明实验组中只有1例患者有息肉复发现象,复发率仅为2%。对照组有10例患者复发,复发率为32%。实验结果表明采用中药联合内镜治疗腹泻型大肠息肉要优于对照组单纯手术切除。结论加味神术散联合内镜治疗腹泻型大肠息肉疗效显著,可在临床中广泛推广应用。

Research on Chinese Medicine combined with Endoscopic Therapy in the Treatment of Diarrhea Type Colorectal Polyps
Abstract:Objective To verify the effect of Chinese medicine combined with endoscopic therapy in the treatment of diarrhea colorectal polyps was obviously better than that of simple surgical resection of the polyps .Methods 100 patients with diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group of 50 patients received polyp electrocision , modified Shenshu powder and endoscopic therapy .The control group of 50 cases received polyp electrocision and endoscopic therapy .Each patient was regularly observed after admission , and the two groups did not take any medication that could affect the growth of polyps .Results The statistical results showed that only 1 case in the experimental group had polyps recurrence , the recurrence rate was only 2%.The control group had 10 cases of recurrence , and the recurrence rate was 32%.The experimental results showed that the Chinese medicine combined with endoscopic in the treatment of diarrhea type colorectal polyps was better than the control group .Conclusion Modified Shenshu powder combined with endoscopic therapy in the treatment of diarrhea colorectal polyps has significant effect , and it can be widely used in the clinical treatment of diarrhea type large intestine polyps .
