中医辨证治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹70例

目的探讨和研究应用中医辨证方案对治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹患者的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月—2015年1月间在我院进行诊疗的慢性特发性荨麻疹患者70例,随机抽取,将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各35例。观察组采取中医辨证方案进行治疗,对照组采用常规的西药进行治疗,并对两组病例治疗前后效果进行对比分析。结果观察组的患者治疗效果非常好的有32例,良好的有2例,较差的有1例;对照组的患者治疗效果非常好的有23例,良好的有2例,较差的有10例,对两组治疗前后的结果进行统计学分析,观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,两个小组之间的差异性显著,具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论采用中医辨证方案治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹患者效果明显,值得进一步在临床中推广。

Observation on the Clinical Curative Effect of TCM Syndrome Differentiation in the Treatment of Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria

Objective To investigate and study the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria . Methods From January 2013 to January 2015, 70 patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group , with 35 cases in each group .The observation group was treated by TCM syndrome differentiation .The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine .The effect of two groups was compared .Results In the observation group , 32 cases had excellent therapeutic effect , 2 cases had good effect , and 1 case had poor effect .In the control group , 23 cases had excellent therapeutic effect , 2 cases had good effect , and 10 cases had poor effect .The observation group was significantly better than the control group , and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation in treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria has significant effect , and it is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice .
