介绍张继东教授治疗慢性心衰的临床经验,导师认为心衰的病机关键为本虚标实,气虚阳衰为本,瘀血水饮为实,提出益气、温阳、活血、利水是治疗慢性心衰的基本治法。通过大量临床观察,导师治疗本病最常用以下三法:益气温阳,佐以活血法;益气养阴,佐以活血法;温阳利水,佐以活血法。临床疗效甚佳。

Discussion on Experience of Professor Zhang Jidong in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

This paper introduced the clinical experience of Professor Zhang Jidong in treating chronic heart failure .Professor Zhang thinks that the pathogenesis of the disease is root deficiency and branch excess , root deficiency refers to yang qi deficiency , branch excess refers to blood stasis and water stops , so the basic treatment of chronic heart failure is tonifying qi , warming yang and circulation of blood and water . Through a large amount of clinical observation , treatment of the disease most commonly used the following three methods:benefiting qi and worming yang accompanied with promoting blood circulation , supplementing qi and nourishing yin accompanied with promoting blood circulation, and warming yang to promote diuresis accompanied with promoting blood circulation .The clinical curative effect is significant .
