温针灸治疗骶髂关节炎的临床研究

目的对比观察温针灸法与口服西药扶他林对骶髂关节炎的治疗效果。方法收集60例骶髂关节炎患者,按照随机数字表将60例患者随机分为两组,每组30例,治疗组采用温针灸治疗,每日1次,9天为一疗程。休息3天后进行下一疗程。对照组给予口服扶他林,一次75 mg,一日2次。结果 6个月后,视觉模拟疼痛量表评价,两组患者治疗前后自身比较均有显著差异(P0.05),组间比较有显著差异,缓解率温针灸组优于西药组(u=5.89);健康相关生活质量评分(SF-36)问卷,两组治疗前后自身比较有显著差异(P0.01),组间比较有显著差异,温针灸组疗效优于扶他林组(P0.05);对骨质变化影响,通过CT片分级表现,两组治疗前后无显著差异(P0.05),组间比较无显著差异(P0.05)。结论温针灸治疗骶髂关节炎对于改善患者的症状及功能障碍,以及对患者的日常生活、情感影响、精神精力的影响方面,疗效优于口服西药扶他林,但对损害骨质的修复,效果不明显。

Clinical Study of Warm Needle Moxibustion Therapy in the Treatment of Sacroiliitis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of warm needle moxibustion and oral medicine Voltaren in the treatment of sacroiliitis.Method 60 cases of patients with sacroiliac arthritis were randomly divided into two groups , with 30 cases in each group .The treatment group was treated with warm needle moxibustion , once per day , nine times was one course of treatment .After three days of rest for the next treatment.The control group received oral Voltaren , once 75mg, twice a day.Results After six months, according to a visual analog pain scale evaluation , two groups of paired comparison before and after treatment had significant differences ( P<0.05 ) , and there were significant differences between the two groups .The response rate of the warm needle moxibustion group was better than that of the oral Voltaren group ( u=5.89 ) .Before and after , the health-related quality of life scores questionnaire ( SF-36 ) of the two groups itself had significant differences (P<0.01), there was a significant differences compared between the two groups , and the warm needle moxibustion group was superior to oral Voltaren group (P<0.05).The impact of changes on the bone and piece by CT grading performance of the two groups had no significant difference ( P>0.05 ) before and after treatment , and there was no significant difference ( P>0.05 ) between groups .Conclusion Warm needle moxibustion in the treatment of sacroiliitis can improve symptoms and dysfunction , as well as daily life of patients , emotional impact and influence mental aspects , and the therapeutic effect was better than oral medicine Voltaren , but the damage to bone repair had no obvious effect .
