排石汤联合碎石术治疗输尿管下段结石分析

目的探讨运用中西医结合治疗输尿管下段结石的效果。方法选择2014年09月—2015年12月我院接受的112例输尿管下段结石患者,随机分为两组,每组各56例。对照组采用单纯体外冲击波碎石术,观察组在此基础上联合中药排石汤进行治疗。结果观察组总有效率94.64%,其中显效41例,有效12例;对照组总有效率76.79%其中显效32例,有效11例。两组数据相比,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论排石汤联合单纯体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管下段结石效果显著,且具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis onPaishi Decoction combined with Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Lower Ureteral Calculi

Objective To investigate the effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of lower ureteral calculi.Methods 112 cases of patients with lower ureteral calculi from September 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, and each group had 56 cases.The control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Paishi decoction.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.64%, of which, 41 cases were markedly effective, and 12 cases were effective.The total effective rate of the control group was 76.79%, 32 cases were markedly effective, and 11 cases were effective.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Paishi decoction combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in treating lower ureteral stones has high security, and is worthy of clinical application.
