益肾健脾法减少曼月乐不良作用的应用观察

目的研究中药益肾健脾法在减少腹腔镜子宫内膜异位症保守手术治疗后宫腔内放置曼月乐引起的不规则阴道流血的不良作用的作用。方法调查我院2014年1月1日—2015年1月29日间在我院行腹腔镜下行保守手术并在术后放置曼月乐的子宫内膜异位症和子宫腺肌症的患者共80例。随机分为中药组和单纯左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统组各40例,观察其在放置曼月乐后不规则阴道流血的情况。结果放置曼月乐后加用中药组比不使用中药组,在不规则阴道出血持续天数、不规则阴道流血持续月数、阴道流血量(ml,称重法)、突破性阴道流血的有无、突破性阴道流血的次数等均有明显减少。结论腹腔镜子宫内膜异位症保守手术治疗后宫腔内放置曼月乐,可以加用中药自拟益肾健脾汤,可以缓解不规则阴道流血的不良作用,值得临床推广。

Observation on the Application of Benefiting Kidney and Strengthening Spleen Therapy in Reducing Side Effect of Mirena

Objective To study the effect of Chinese medicine benefiting kidney and strengthening spleen in reducing laparoscope endometriosis conservative surgery in the treatment of intrauterine Mirena ( Levonorgestrel-releasing Intrauterine System) caused by irregular vaginal bleeding side effects.Methods 80 cases in our hospital from January 1, 2014 to January 29, 2015 underwent laparoscopic conservative surgery and in the postoperative placing Mirena endometriosis and uterine gland muscle disease were investigated.They were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and simple levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine system group, with 40 cases in each group.The irregular vaginal bleeding after the Mirena was observed.Results Using Mirena combined with traditional Chinese medicine, the irregular vaginal bleeding duration, vaginal bleeding continued for a few months, vaginal bleeding volume ( ml, weighing method ) , breakthrough bleeding with or without and breakthrough of vaginal bleeding times were significantly reduced.Conclusion The laparoscopic uterine endometriosis conservative surgery in the treatment of intrauterine Mirena can be combined with traditional Chinese medicine “self-made Yishen Jianpi decoction” can ease the irregular vaginal bleeding side effect, and is worthy of the clinical promotion.
