哮病的辨证施护要点

哮病是以发作时喉中哮鸣有声、呼吸气促困难,甚则喘息不得平卧为主要临床表现的一种病症。为北方常见病、多发病。多发于冬春季。常突然发病,迅速缓解,也可常年反复发作。发作期有寒哮、热哮之分。缓解期有肺虚、脾虚、肾虚之分。因证型不同,临床表现也不同,所以在临床护理中,除需要一般护理外,更应根据哮病的证型实施辨证施护,以达到提高治疗和护理效果、缩短病程、减少发病次数的目的。

Asthma is a disease which has throat wheezing sound , dyspnea and shortness of breath when attacking , even may not breathing supine for the main clinical manifestations .It is common and frequently occurring disease in the north , and more in the winter and spring .It is fften sudden onset, rapid relief, and can also be repeated attacks .There are cold asthma and heat asthma in attack stage .There are lung deficiency , spleen deficiency and kidney deficiency in remission stage .Because of different syndrome types , clinical manifestations are different, so in clinical nursing, in addition to general nursing, we should according to the TCM syndrome types of asthma implement syndrome differentiation nursing to improve the therapeutic nursing effect , shorten the course of disease , and reduce the number of incidence .
