运动神经元病中医药治疗探析

目的初步探讨了运动神经元病的中医基本分型、病因病机以及运动神经元病的有效辨证中医治疗方案。方法根据临床表现(症状、舌脉等四诊信息)分为脾肾阳虚,脾胃虚弱,肝肾阴虚,脉络瘀阻4型辨证治疗。结果运动神经元病是一组病因尚未明确,病变选择性侵犯上下级运动神经元的慢性进行性神经系统变性疾病。目前西医对运动神经元病的治疗尚无有效措施。中医认为脾肾亏虚,肝肾不足,脉络瘀阻是本病的主要病理机制。结论中医通过辨证,施以"补气、活血、养阴、填精"的方法,有效的缓解了患者的临床症状,延长患者的生命,提高了患者的生活质量,取得了一定的临床疗效。

Analysis on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Motor Neuron Disease

Objective To investigate the TCM basic typing of motor neuron disease ( motor neuron disease , MND ) , differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine effective treatment programs and pathogenesis of motor neuron disease .Methods It was divided into yang deficiency of spleen and kidney , deficiency of spleen and stomach , yin deficiency of liver and kidney , static blood stagnated in collaterals 4 differentiation syndrome therapies based on clinical manifestations (symptoms, tongue and pulse and four-diagnostic information).Results The pathogenesis of motor neuron disease is not yet clear , and is selective lesions on the lower motor neurons violations chronic progressive neurodegenerative disease .Western medicine for motor neuron disease had no effective treatment measures .Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the spleen and kidney deficiency , liver and kidney deficiency , static blood stagnated in collaterals are the main pathological mechanism of the disease .Conclusion Through differentiation syndrome , combined with "benefiting qi , activating blood circulation , nourishing yin, replenishing essence"approach, TCM effectively alleviated the clinical symptoms , prolonged life, improved the quality of life of patients, and achieved a certain clinical effect .
