和解少阳、养肝活血法治疗类风湿关节炎探析

类风湿关节炎是临床常见病、多发病,是一种以关节滑膜炎血管炎为特征的慢性全身性自身免疫性疾病,有较高的致残率。它的发生与生活环境、细菌、血管炎、病毒、遗传、性激素等因素有密切关系,但其确切病因迄今尚未阐明。中医治疗多从风寒湿痹治疗,我科经过临床探索提出类风湿关节炎的病变多在半表半里、筋膜,相当于西医的结缔组织,经过临床研究,制定了和解少阳,养肝活血的治疗原则,希望通过此法为临床治疗类风湿关节炎,提供一条更好的治疗途径。

Discussion on Reconciling Shaoyang with Nourishing Liver and Activating Blood in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

The rheumatoid arthritis is common and multiple disease in clinic, is a chronic systemic autoimmune immune diseases by synovitis characteristic, and has high disability rate.It has a close relationship with the living environment, bacteria, vasculitis, viruses, genetics, sex hormones and other factors, but its exact cause has not been clarified yet.Traditional Chinese medicine treats it from the wind cold dampness arthralgia treatment.After clinical exploration, our department proposed rheumatoid arthritis lesions in half-superficies and half-interior, fascia, and was the connective tissue of Western medicine.Through clinical research, we formulated the treatment principle of reconciling Shaoyang and nourishing liver and activating blood.We hope that it can provide a better way for clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis through this method.
