清开灵片合复方甘草酸苷片治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效观察

目的观察清开灵片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法 78例患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例:口服清开灵片1 g,3次/d,同时口服复方甘草酸苷片50mg,3次/d。对照组38例:单一口服复方甘草酸苷片50mg,3次/d。两组均外用复方醋酸地塞米松软膏,1次/d。连用1周为一疗程,未愈者再用1疗程。同时观察皮损变化及不良反应。结果两组痊愈率及总有效率比较差异均有显著性;治疗组治愈时间(7~12)d,平均8d,对照组治疗时间均12d。两组无明显不良反应。结论清开灵片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗玫瑰糠疹能缩短疗程,不良反应小,可进一步增强疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on the Curative Effect of Qingkailing Tablets combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in the Treatment of Pityriasis Rosea

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Qingkailing tablets combined compound Glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of pityriasis rosea .Methods 78 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups .40 patients in the treatment group were given oral Qingkailing tablets 1g, 3 times /d and oral compound Glycyrrhizin tablets 50mg, 3/d.38 cases in the control group were given oral compound Glycyrrhizin tablets 50mg, 3/d.Both of the two groups used dexamethasone acetate ointment , 1 times /d.One week was a course of treatment, unless adding a course of treatment .At the same time, the changes of skin lesions and adverse reactions were observed . Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the two groups were significantly different , the cure time of the treatment group was (7 ~12) d, the average were 8D, the time of the control group was more than 12D.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups . Conclusion Qingkailing tablets combined with compound Glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of pityriasis rosea can further enhance the effect, shorten the course of treatment , and no obvious adverse reactions .It is worthy of clinical application .
