化痰通腑汤治疗中风急性期临床疗效观察

目的观察分析化痰通腑汤治疗中风急性期临床疗效。方法从医院收治的中风急性期患者中随机抽调92例,按1:1比例划为两组,对照组46例采用西医综合治疗,观察组46例在对照组治疗基础上,结合采用化痰通腑汤治疗,对比疗效。结果观察组治疗后有效率、症状积分改善情况明显优于对照组,有统计学意义,P0.05。结论临床用化痰通腑汤治疗中风急性期疾病,可有效改善患者的临床症状,应用效果显著。

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Huatan Tongfu Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Stroke

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of Huatan Tongfu decoction in the treatment of acute stroke . Methods 92 cases of patients with acute stroke were randomly deployed according to the ratio of 1:1 draw into two groups .The control group of 46 was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy .The observation group of 46 cases Huatan Tongfu decoction on the basis of the control group .The curative effect was compared .Results After treatment , the effective rate and the improvement of the symptom score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group , and the difference had statistical significance P<0.05.Conclusion Clinically, Huatan Tongfu decoction in the treatment of acute stroke can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms , and the application effect is significant .
