中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋分析探讨

目的对突发性耳聋的中西医结合治疗进行研究。方法主要选取本院2012年1月—2015年1月收治140例突发性耳聋患者,将其随机分为实验组以及对照组,每组人数分别为70例。对照组采取常规西医治疗,实验组则是在西医治疗基础上给予中药治疗,对实验组以及对照组患者的疗效进行观察分析。结果治疗后实验组患者的疗效明显高于对照组,两组患者比较(P0.05)差异有统计学意义。结论对于中西医结合的突发性耳聋治疗来说,主要是在西药扩张血管的基础上给予相关的活血化瘀治疗,以此来提升听力的效果。所以中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋具有很大的效果。

Analysis on Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Sudden Deafness

Objective To study therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of sudden deafness .Methods 140 cases of sudden deafness patients in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected , and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group , with 70 cases in each group .The control group received routine drug treatment .The experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of the general treatment .Eventually , the curative effect of the experimental group and control group patients were analyzed .Results Through analyzing the curative effect of two groups of patients after treatment , the curative effect of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group , ( P<0.05 ) and the difference was statistically significant .Conclusion For therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of sudden deafness , mainly on the basis of Western medicine to dilate blood vessels associated with promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis was given to improve the effect of the hearing .So the therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of sudden deafness has significant effect .
