玉屏风散加桂附地黄汤加味防治肾病综合征复发32例

目的观察玉屏风散加桂附地黄汤加味防治肾病综合征复发的临床效果。方法选取2011年6月—2013年1月我院收治的62例肾病综合征复发患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组32例与对照组30例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予玉屏风散加桂附地黄汤加味治疗,对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为93.75%,对照组总有效率为70.00%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,有统计学意义(P0.05)。且治疗前两组患者血浆白蛋白、24h尿蛋白定量等方面比较,无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血浆白蛋白、24h尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮、血肌酐等均优于对照组,有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组2年复发率为3.13%,对照组2年复发率为13.33%,观察组2年复发率明显低于对照组,有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论玉屏风散加桂附地黄汤加味防治肾病综合征复发的临床效果显著,值得在临床上推广。

Yupingfeng Powder and Guifu Dihuang Decoction in the Prevention and Treatment of Recurrence of Nephrotic Syndrome for 32 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yupingfeng powder and Guifu Dihuang decoction in the prevention and treatment of recurrence of nephrotic syndrome .Methods Selecting 62 cases of recurrence of nephrotic syndrome patients in our hospital from June 2011 to January 2013 as the research objects , the 32 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group , with 30 cases in each group .The control group was given conventional treatment .The observation group was given modified Yupingfeng powder and Guifu Dihuang decoction based on conventional treatment .The clinical therapeutic effect was compared .Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group , and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Before treatment, plasma albumin and 24 h urine protein quantitative aspects between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05).After treatment, plasma albumin, 24 h urine protein, blood urea nitrogen , serum creatinine and quantitative of the observation group were superior to those of the control group , and the difference had statistical significance (P <0.05).The 2 years’ recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.13%, the 2 years'recurrence rate of the control group was 13.33%, 2 years’ recurrence rate of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Yupingfeng powder and Guifu Dihuang decoction in the prevention and treatment of recurrence of nephrotic syndrome had significantly clinical effect , and is worth popularizing in clinic .
