耳穴与内关贴敷对骨科围手术期焦虑护理研究

目的研究耳穴压豆配合内关穴贴敷对骨科患者围手术期焦虑的影响。方法按随机数字表法将80例患者分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,入院后应用HAMA及SAS量评分,两组均按骨科常规护理,治疗组于术前1天、术后3天均选取心、肝、神门、皮质下进行耳穴压豆和贴敷内关穴,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组有效率为87.5%,对照组的有效率为62.5%,经检验两组有效率有极显著性差异(P0.01)(见表2),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论通过刺激按压耳穴豆和贴敷内关穴明显改善患者在围手术期焦虑症状,重视患者整个围手术期护理质量,通过耳穴压豆配合内关穴敷贴等方法进行护理干预,能帮助患者顺利度过围手术期,最大程度地防止和减轻并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Research on Nursing of Auricular Point Pressing with Bean and Neiguan (PC6) Acupoint Sticking on Orthopedic Perioperative Anxiety

Objective To investigate the effect of auricular point pressing with bean and Neiguan ( PC6 ) acupoint sticking on orthopedic perioperative anxiety .Method 80 patients were divided into treatment group of 40 cases and control group of 40 cases based on random number table method .The score of HAMA and SAS was evaluated after admission to the hospital .The two groups were treated on accordance to the orthopedic routine nursing care .The treatment group used auricular point pressing with bean and Neiguan (PC6) acupoint sticking on the heart ( CO15 ) , liver ( CO12 ) , Shenmen ( HT7 ) and subcortex ( AT4 ) at 1 day before operation and 3 days after operation .The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed .Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%, and the effective rate of the control group was 62.5%.There were significantly differences (P <0.01) between the treatment group and the control group (Table 2 ) , and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group .Conclusion The anxiety in the perioperative patients was significantly improved by stimulating pressure points with bean and Neiguan ( PC6 ) acupoint .It needs to pay attention to the nursing quality during the whole perioperative period .The nursing intervention , such as the combination of auricular point pressing with bean and Neiguan (PC6) acupoint can help patients go through perioperation period smoothly , and prevent and reduce the complications , thus, it is worthy of wide clinical application .
