| 摘 要： | 目的探讨补肾化痰活血法治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕不育的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年2月—2014年4月收治的60例PCOS不孕不育患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用克罗米芬治疗,观察组在此基础上采取补肾化痰活血法选取中药治疗,对比观察两组PCOS不孕不育患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率达到93.33%,明显优于对照组80.00%(P0.05);观察组周期排卵率(85.00%)明显高于对照组(65.00%)(P0.05);观察组总妊娠率(66.67%)明显高于对照组(40.00%)(P0.05)。结论采取补肾化痰活血法治疗PCOS不孕不育具有较好的临床治疗效果,临床推广性高。

the Clinical Effect of Invigorating Kidney and Resolving Phlegm Method in the Treatment of Infertility Caused by PCOS |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of invigorating kidney and resolving phlegm method in the treatment of infertility caused by PCOS.Method 60 cases of infertility caused by PCOS patients in our hospital from February 2012 to April 2014 were selected, and they were randomly divided into observation group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases.The control group used clomiphene.The observation group used invigorating kidney and resolving phlegmChinese medicine based on the control group.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group (P<0.05); the rate of ovulation in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (65%) (P<0.05).The total pregnancy rate of the observation group (66.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (40%) (P<0.05).Conclusion Theinvigorating kidney and resolving phlegm method in the treatment of infertility caused by PCOS has good clinical effect and high clinical popularization. |
