黄芪地上、地下部分化学成分以及药效学比较

摘    要:目的对黄芪地上部分与地下部分的药材进行比较,为黄芪地上部分的开发利用提供参考。方法通过化学成分分析和药效学研究相结合的方法,对黄芪地上、地下部分进行全面、系统比较,即采用多指标定量方法对黄芪地上、地下部分10种化学成分进行定性、定量分析;以小鼠血细胞计数为指标,对比观察黄芪地上、地下部分水煎液对环磷酰胺所致小鼠骨髓造血功能损伤的保护作用。结果在本研究中,黄芪地上、地下部分化学成分相似,其中黄芪皂苷Ⅳ、黄芪皂苷Ⅲ、芒柄花苷、毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花素、7,2'-二羟基-3',4'-二甲氧基异黄烷地上部分含量均高于地下部分。药效学研究结果表明,黄芪地上、地下部分均能升高受损小鼠白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白数量,药效没有明显差异,用药期间各组小鼠未见有明显的不良作用。结论黄芪地上部分具有一定的利用价值,可对其进行进一步开发利用。

Comparison of the Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Activities between the Overground Parts and the Underground Parts of the Astragalus Membranaceus
Abstract:Objective To provide a reference for the development and utilization of the overground parts of Astragalus membranaceus by carrying out comparison between the overground parts and the underground parts of Astragalus membranaceus.Methods The comparison of the difference between the overground parts and underground parts of Astragalus membranaceus was conducted in the aspects of chemical constitutions and pharmacological activities .10 kinds of their chemical constituents were analyzed by muti-components determination , and their effects on marrow hematopoietic function in mice caused by cyclophosphamide damage were evaluated with blood counts as an index . Result The chemical composition in the overground and underground parts of Astragalus membranaceus were similar , but the content of astragaloside Ⅳ, astragaloside Ⅲ, ononin, calycosin, formononetin, 7, 2′-dihydroxy-3′, 4′-dimethoxy isoflavans were higher in the overground parts than those in the underground parts .The pharmacological effect of the two parts had no significant difference , which can increase the number of white blood cells , red blood cells and hemoglobin of the damaged mice without any apparent side effect .Conclusion The overgrond parts of Astragalus membranaceus were valuable for further exploration .
