中医药治疗血管性痴呆

血管性痴呆(VD)是发生在脑血管病基础上的以记忆、认知功能缺损为主,伴有语言、视空间、技能及情感或人格障碍的获得性智能的持续性损害。目前国内外对控制本病病程进展尚无有效方法和药物。中医认为髓海不足、肾精亏虚、痰瘀互结、阻滞络脉为VD发生的病理基础,痰瘀蕴积,酿生浊毒,败坏脑络脑髓,为VD发生发展的主要机理。中医通过辨证、特色治疗,有效的缓解了患者的临床症状,延长了患者的生命,提高了患者的生活质量,取得了一定的临床疗效。
