六味地黄丸对骨质疏松骨代谢及生活质量影响

目的观察六味地黄丸对于骨质疏松的更年期女性骨质代谢和生活质量的临床疗效。方法将100例更年期骨质疏松的女性患者随机分成治疗组和对照组进行治疗,对照组连续口服碳酸钙片1月,治疗组在对照组的基础上同时口服六味地黄丸1月,然后观察两组对老年骨质疏松患者的骨代谢及生活质量的影响。结果经治疗后,两组患者的骨密度(BMD)、血钙(血Ca)、血磷(血P)水平均有改善,而治疗组改善程度较大,维持时间较长,两组相比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组的显效率及有效率均高于对照组,两组相比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后3月两组患者生活质量评分均提高,治疗组患者生活质量提高较明显,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论六味地黄丸能有效改善老年性骨质疏松女性患者临床症状和骨质疏松程度,提高患者生活质量,且维持时间较长,具有较好的远期疗效,值得在临床推广。

Effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pill on Osteoporosis Bone Metabolism and Quality of Life

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Liuwei Dihuang pill on bone metabolism and quality of life in the menopausal women with osteoporosis .Methods 100 cases of female osteoporosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group .The control group was given Calcium carbonate pills for one month .The treatment group took orally Liuwei Dihuang pill on the basis of the control group.The effect of the two groups on the bone metabolism and quality of life of the patients with osteoporosis was observed .Results After treatment, two groups of patients with bone mineral density , serum calcium, serum phosphorus levels were improved , the improvement of the treatment group was larger , maintenance time of the treatment group was longer , and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The complete relief rate and effective rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group , and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05).After treatment of 3 months, the quality of life of the two groups were improved , quality of life of patients in treatment group increased significantly , and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05).Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang pill can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and osteoporosis in elderly patients , improve the quality of life of patients , and maintain a longer time , and has good long-term therapeutic effect .It is worthy of clinical promotion .
