腰椎间盘突出症经保守治疗与后路开窗手术治疗的比较

目的通过观察腰椎间盘突出症患者经保守治疗和后路开窗手术治疗的临床疗效,继而进行严格的对比分析。方法选取河南中医学院第一附属医院2015年8月—2016年2月诊治的腰椎间盘突出症患者84例,观察组42例进行后路开窗手术医治,对照组42例进行保守治疗,观察两组患者出院时临床效果。结果观察组总有效率为92.9%,对照组总有效率为83.3%,两组总有效率对比差异明显,有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论后路开窗手术治疗腰间盘突出症较保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症有着显著的临床疗效,可考虑在临床上普遍推行。

Comparative Analysis on the Therapeutic Effect of Conservative Treatment and Lumbar Posterior Open Window Decompression Surgery for Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of conservative treatment and lumbar posterior open window decompression surgery for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion , and then to conduct contrastive analysis .Methods 84 cases of patients with lumbar disc prolapse in the first teaching hospital of Henan university of TCM from 2015 August to 2016 February were selected .The observation group of 42 cases received lumbar posterior open window decompression surgery .The control group of 42 cases received conservative treatment .Then the clinical effect of the two groups discharging from hospital was observed .Results The effective rate of lumbar posterior open window decompression surgery ( observation group ) was 92.9%, the effective rate of conservative treatment ( control group ) was 83.3%, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Comparing conservative treatment to treat patients with lumbar disc prolapse, lumbar posterior open window decompression surgery for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion has obvious clinical effect , and it should be universally implemented in clinic .
