活血化瘀汤结合按摩治疗骨伤后期肢体肿胀

目的研究探讨活血化瘀汤联合中医按摩治疗骨伤后期产生肢体肿胀的临床疗效。方法将选取的168例骨伤后期产生肢体肿胀患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用西医治疗,观察组采用活血化瘀汤结合按摩治疗,观察比较两组患者肿胀消除时间、患肢疼痛情况及患肢功能的差异。结果观察组治疗总有效率、肿胀消除时间、患肢疼痛情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P0.05。结论活血化瘀汤结合中医按摩治疗骨伤后期产生肢体肿胀,临床效果显著,不仅可以减轻患肢的肿胀及疼痛、改善患肢的肢体功能,还可以缩短治疗时间,节省大量医疗资源。

Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with Massage in the Treatment of Limb Swelling after Late Fracture

Objective To study the clinical effect of Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with TCM massage in the treatment of limb swelling after late fracture .Methods Choosing 168 patients with limbs swelling of late fractures , they were randomly divided into observation group and control group .The control group was treated with Western medicine .The observation group was treated with Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with massage .The limb pain, swelling elimination time and differences on limb function were observed .Results The total effective rate, limb pain, swelling, eliminate time of the observation group were superior to those of the control group , and differences were statistically significant , ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage in the treatment of limb swelling of late fracture has significantly clinical effect , not only can alleviate limb swelling and pain , improve phantom limb function, also can shorten the treatment time , and save a lot of medical resources .
