早期糖尿病肾病采用益气养阴活血法的临床疗效观察

目的研究对于早期糖尿病肾病患者行益气养阴活血治疗临床疗效分析。方法随机选取2013年1月—2015年1月,入住我院接受治疗的早期糖尿病肾病患者120例,其中60例患者行西医常规治疗为对照组,观察组60例患者采用益气养阴活血法结合西医常规治疗,对比观察分析两组患者治疗的临床效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为86.7%,远高于对照组的63.3%的治疗总有效率(P0.05);两组患者在治疗后症候、UAER以及各项生化指标均较治疗前有所改善(P0.05),但观察组改善情况要明显好于对照组(P0.05);两组患者在治疗过程中肾功能均在正常范围内,未出现不良症状。结论益气养阴活血法辅助治疗早期糖尿病肾病,较单纯西医治疗效果更加显著,是一种较为有效的辅助治疗方法。

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Benefiting Qi and Nourishing Yin as well as Activating Blood Circulation Method in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To study the clinical effect of benefiting qi and nourishing yin as well as activating blood circulation method in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy .Methods From January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital , 120 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly selected .60 cases of patients used conventional Western medicine treatment as the control group .The observation group of 60 cases used benefiting qi and nourishing yin as well as activating blood circulation method combined with conventional Western medicine treatment .The clinical effect of two groups was observed and analyzed .Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.7% which was significantly higher than 63.3% of the control group (P <0.05).After treatment, the two groups in symptomatic, UAER and various biochemical indexes improved (P <0.05), while the observation group was o significantly better than the control group (P <0.05).Two groups of patients in the treatment of renal function in the process were all within the normal range , and no adverse symptoms .Conclusion The benefiting qi and nourishing yin as well as activating blood circulation method in the auxiliary treatment of early diabetic nephropathy were better than pure Western medicine treatment .It is a relatively effective auxiliary treatment .
