吴茱萸贴敷对妇科腹腔镜术后恶心呕吐的效果

目的分析探讨吴茱萸穴位贴敷对妇科腹腔镜术后恶心呕吐(PONV)的干预效果。方法将2014年1月—2014年12月之间来我院进行妇科腹腔镜手术治疗的106例患者作为观察对象,通过电脑随机的方式分为治疗组和对照组各53例。对照组患者给予红米粉、玉米与黑米粉加姜汁调和后敷贴于双侧内关穴与足三里穴;治疗组则使用吴茱萸粉与姜汁调和后敷贴于双侧内关穴与足三里穴。分析两组患者恶心、呕吐现象的改善情况及不良反应发生率。结果治疗组患者与对照组患者在术后6小时、24小时的恶心、呕吐程度差异对比具有显著统计学意义,超过24小时之后的差异结果无统计学意义;两组患者通过PONV恶心程度视觉模拟评分(NVAS)进行评价,发现术后6小时、术后24小时治疗组的评分明显要低,差异结果显著(P0.05);两组的不良反应发生率差异不具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论吴茱萸穴位贴敷对妇科腹腔镜术后恶心呕吐具有很好的干预效果,无不良反应,疗效安全可靠,值得在临床中推广应用。

Effect of Medicinal Evodia Fruit Plaster on Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting of Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of medicinal evodia fruit acupoint sticking on postoperative nausea and vomiting ( PONV) of gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods From January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital, 106 cases of patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery treatment were selected as research object , and they were divided into treatment group of 53 cases and control group of 53 cases by tossing.The control group was given red rice powder, corn and black rice powder with ginger juice mixed plaster on bilateral Neiguan (PC6) and Zusanli (ST36).The treatment group used medicinal evodia fruit powder with ginger juice mixed plaster on bilateral Neiguan (PC6) and Zusanli (ST36).The improvement on nausea and vomiting and the incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results The treatment group and the control group after 6 hours and 24 hours in nausea and vomiting had difference which had significantly statistical significance , and differences had no statistical significance more than 24 hours.Using the degree of PONV nausea to evaluate visual analogue scale ( NVAS) , we found that scores of treatment group was obviously lower after 6 hours and 24 hours, and there was significant difference (P <0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups had no statistical significance (P >0.05).Conclusion Medicinal evodia fruit acupoint sticking had the very good intervention effect on postoperative nausea and vomiting of gynecological laparoscopic surgery and no adverse reaction .It safe and reliable , and is worth popularizing in clinical application.
