麻黄附子细辛汤加味治疗缓慢性心律失常51例

目的探究并分析麻黄附子细辛汤加味结合西医常规治疗缓慢性心律失常的疗效和安全性。方法选择2009年10月—2014年6月于我院接受治疗的102例已确诊为缓慢性心律失常的患者作为研究对象,简单随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各51例。对照组患者根据病情随机应用三磷酸腺苷、卡托普利以及肠溶性阿司匹林等西药进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用麻黄附子细辛汤加味进行治疗,疗程均为3个月。观察两组患者治疗3个月后的心率改变、临床疗效以及不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组和对照组在接受治疗后总有效率分别为90.2%和74.5%,观察组显著高于对照组(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后平均心率均显著加快(P0.05),其中观察组患者改善更为显著(P0.01)。两组患者治疗前后肝肾功能均正常,未见明显不良反应。结论麻黄附子细辛汤加味结合西医常规治疗缓慢性心律失常较单纯应用西药治疗疗效高,且未见明显不良反应,安全性高,临床上值得进行推广。

Modified Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction in the Treatment of Bradyarrhythmia for 51 Cases

Objective To study and analyze the application effect and safety of the modified Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction combined with Western convention medicine in the treatment toof bradyarrhythmia .Methods 102 patients who were diagnosed as bradyarrhythmia in our hospital between October 2009 and June 2014 were selected as the study objects .All the cases were randomly divided into study group and control group .There were 51 patients in the control group , and they received conventional intervention .There were 51 patients in the study group, and they received modified Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction combined with Western conventional medical treatment .The course of treatment of the two groups was 3 months.The change of heart rate , clinical effect and adverse effect were observed and compared after the 3 months'intervention.Results The total effective rate of the study group and the control group was 90.2%and 74.5%, respectively, the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Both heart rates of the two groups were much quicker after the treatment , and the change of the study group was more obvious .There was no obvious adverse effect after treatment.Conclusions The modified Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction combined with Western conventional medicine in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia has a higher clinic effect , and it is safe to apply .In a word, the modified Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction combined with Western conventional medical treatment is worthy of widely spreading in the clinic .
