| 摘 要： | 目的观察汉章针刀和钩针治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法对50例颈源性头痛患者随机分为汉章针刀治疗组和钩针治疗组,治疗后10天评定治疗效果。结果汉章针刀组与钩针组治疗效果观察,无论是头痛症状还是颈部症状,两组均有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论汉章针刀治疗颈源性头痛临床疗效优于钩针治疗。

The Clinical Observation and Nursing on Hanzhang Acupotomy and Crochet Needle in the Treatment of Cervical Headache |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of Hanzhang acupotomy and crochet needle in the treatment of cervical headache . Methods 50 cases of cervical headache patients were randomly divided into Hanzhang acupotomy group and crochet needle group .After treatment of ten days , the therapeutic effect was assessed .Results Hanzhang acupotomy group and crochet needle group had significant difference on symptoms of headaches or neck (P <0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Hanzhang acupotomy in the treatment of cervical headache was better than that of the crochet needle group . |
