脐火疗法治疗肝阳(气)虚的系统评价

目的评价中医脐火疗法联合常规疗法治疗肝阳(气)不足的疗效及安全性。方法运用计算机检索1965年5月—2015年5月国内外公开发表的运用脐火疗法治疗肝阳(气)虚的临床报道,包括中国知网、中国科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据库及The Cochrane Library资料库,并对纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果共7篇文献纳入研究,JADAD评分普遍较低,Meta分析显示:中医脐火疗法辅助治疗肝硬化腹水与单纯西医疗法相比在临床综合疗效、降低转氨酶(ALT)、缩短腹水消退时间、减少不良反应方面具有明显优势(P0.05)。结论中医脐火疗法联合常规疗法治疗肝阳(气)虚较单纯运用西医疗法具有明显优势,但由于纳入研究文献质量普遍不高,今后需更多的可靠的证据、高质量研究加以证实。

System Evaluation on Umbilical Fire Therapy in Treating Liver Yang (Qi) Deficiency

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic and safety of TCM umbilical fire therapy cobined with conventional therapy in treating liver yang qi deficiency .Methods Computer was used to retrieval published clinical reports at home and abroad using umbilical therapy in treating liver yang qi deficiency from May 1965 to May 2015, including Chinese hownet , science and technology of China journal full-text database ( VIP) , a database of ten thousand and the Cochrane Library databases , and the Meta analysis on the literature was carried out . Results A total of 7 articles were included in the study , the JADAD score is generally low , Meta analysis showed that TCM umbilical therapy in the adjuvant treatment of cirrhosis ascites had significant advantage in clinical comprehensive curative effect , reducing transaminase (ALT), shortening the time of ascites subsided and reducing adverse reactions (P<0.05).Conclusion TCM umbilical fire therapy combined with conventional therapy in treating liver yang qi deficiency was better than Western medicine .However, due to the quality of the research literature is generally not high , the future needs more reliable evidence , and high quality researches need to be confirmed.
