脑脊液置换治疗脑室出血

目的：观察脑脊液置换治疗原发性及继发性脑室出血的疗效。方法：治疗组采用内科常规治疗加脑脊液置换治疗;对照组采用内科常规治疗。结果：治疗组疗效明显,总有效率88.5%;对照组总有效率65%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：脑脊液置换治疗原发性及继发性脑室出血患者,达到减轻临床症状,极早恢复偏瘫的肢体。

Treatment for Ventricular Hemorrhage by Cerebraspinal Fluid Replacement

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of cerebraspinal fluid replacement therapy for primary and secondary ventricular hemorrhage.Methods：Treatment group adopted routine treatment of internal medicine plus cerebrospinal fluid replacement therapy and routine treatment for control group.Results：The treatment group sheaved a higher curative effect,and the efficacious ratio was 88.5%,control was 65%.the treatment group was obviously better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：patients of primary and secondary ventricular hemorrhage treated by cerebrospinal fluid replacement has been relieved their clinic symptom significantly,and their course of disease,the hemiplegia limbs can get cured early.
