| 摘 要： | 目的探讨男性首发抑郁症患者甲状腺激素、性激素的变化及临床意义。方法对89例男性首发抑郁症患者以及40例健康对照者采用放射免疫分析法测定血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）、促甲状腺激素（TSH）的水平，采用免疫化学发光法测定血清睾酮（T）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）的水平。结果①病例组TSH水平明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）；②病例组FSH水平明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论男性首发抑郁症患者同时存在甲状腺和性腺功能的紊乱。

| Abstract: | Objective To explorer the change of both thyroid and sex functions of the depressive patients. Methods 89 depressive patients (depressive group) and 40 healthy subjects (control group) were recruited for the research. Thyroid functions (FT3, FT4, TSH) were tested by chemoluminescence method. Sex group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Both thyroid and sex functions of patients with depression were disturbed.Sex functions (T, FSH, LH) were tested by chemiluminesent immunoassay method. Results ①the level of TSH in the depressive group were lower than those of the control group(P<0. 05). ②he level of FSH in the depressive group were lower than those of the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Both thyroid and sex functions of patients with depression were disturbed. |
