| 摘 要： | 目的观察自拟退黄汤干预新生儿黄疸临床疗效。方法采用经皮测黄疸仪监测足月产正常新生儿黄疸指数,选择541例日龄<72h的新生儿,随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组273例,对照组268例,对照组268例未予治疗,待其自然退黄,治疗组273例新生儿,给予退黄汤干预治疗。结果治疗组新生儿出生120h内黄疸指数降致正常,其指数降低的时间明显少于对照组,对照组有25例新生儿需转新生儿科治疗,两组对比差异明显,具有显著的统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论退黄汤干预治疗新生儿黄疸效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective Clinical curative effect observation of Tuihuangtang interference for neonatal jaundice.Methods Use of transcutaneous jaundice meter to monitor the normal full-term newborns,541 cases of age 72 h newborns were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,268 cases of the control group were not treated until their natural recover,273 cases of treatment group were treated by Tuihuangtang.Results In treatment group the newborns＇ Jaundice index drop to normal within 120 hours.It is obviously shorter than that of control group; and 25 cases newborns of the control group need to be treated in the newborn department of pediatrics.It has the remarkable statistics significance.（p〈0.01）.Conclusion Interference treatment of neonatal jaundice by Tuihuangtang has an obvious effect. |
