摘    要:教学督导是学校教学管理体系的重要组成部分,它作为监控系统,与决策、执行系统共同构成高校完整、科学的教学管理体系,对提高教学管理的整体功效具有重要地位和作用。本文介绍了我校教学督导制度的组织形式、运行机制及其在教学管理中发挥的积极作用,以期更好的发挥教学督导功能,促进教学质量的提高。

Establish teaching supervision and direction systems, strengthen teaching administration
Abstract:Teaching supervision and direction is an important component of the teaching administration system in the university. As one of the three parts of the integrated and scientific administration system,together with policy making and operations,teaching supervision and direction has produced a very important effect in improving the efficiency of teaching administration. This paper introduces the style of the organization,method of operation and the positive effects of teaching supervision and direction, in order to give full play to it and improve teaching quality.
