| 摘 要： | 目的研究全缘千里光碱的体外透皮特性,为全缘千里光碱的抗肿瘤制剂设计提供依据。方法采用V-C扩散池,以裸鼠皮肤为渗透屏障,渗透系数为指标,采用RP-HPLC法测定全缘千里光碱,考察氮酮、4%聚山梨酯-80、8%丙二醇的影响。结果以水为释放介质,pH6.8PBS为接收液,其渗透系数为1.184×10-2cm/h。2%氮酮、8%丙二醇对它的增渗比分别为2.8、1.5,而聚山梨酯-80却表现出阻碍作用。结论全缘千里光碱适合制备成经皮给药抗肿瘤的新制剂,并可据此实验优化其透皮给药新制剂的处方。 |

| Abstract: | Object The permeability of integerrim ine was studied in vitro to design its anticancer preparations.Methods Vilia-Chien diffusion cellswere adopted as apparatus for in vitro skin permeation,nude mouse skins were used as permeation barrier and permeation coefficient(P)was calculated.The concentrations of integerrim ine in samples were measured by RP-HPLC,and the effects of A zone,4%Tween-80,8% propylene glycol on it were studied.Results Its P is...84×10-2cm/h with water solution as donor and pH 6.8 PBS as receptor.Its enhancement rate(ER)of-% A zone and 8% propylene glycol is 2.88 and 1.5,while Tween-80 inhibits its penetration.Conclusion Integerrim ine is a good candidate of antiskin cancer for transdermal drug delivery,and the optimal formulation can be designed according to the experiments. |
