静脉输液治疗安全管理方法探讨

目的探讨静脉输液安全管理方法,保障静脉输液护理质量。方法将30名静脉输液治疗小组成员进行合理分工,运用自制的《静脉输液专项检查索引》表,对我院25个临床科室的静脉输液全过程进行专项调查,将调查结果进行综合分析。结果静脉输液治疗专项检查发现在医嘱执行签名、备用药品储存、药物配置、静脉输入、终末处理等环节存在安全隐患,经针对性整改后效果明显。结论建立静脉输液质量控制长效机制,静脉输液治疗小组定期地对静脉输液风险进行评估及督导,能够有效降低静脉输液安全风险,提高静脉输液护理质量。

Discussion of Methodology on Safety Management of Intravenous Infusion Therapy

Objective To evaluate the safety of intravenous infusion management to ensure the quality of intravenous infusion nursing. Methods The authors assigned tasks to 30 members of the intravenous therapy team rationally, and by using the seff-made table special inspection index of intravenous infusion, carried out a special investigation of the whole process of intravenous infusion in 25 clinical departments in our hospital and made a comprehensive analysis of the results. Results By special inspection of intravenous infusion therapy, it was found that the implementation of signed doctor＇s advice, spare drug storage, drug profile, intravenous input and termi- nal handling links with potential safety problems, were greatly improved after targeted reform. Conclusion The long-term mechanism of quality control in intravenous infusion, and assessment and supercision of the risks of intravenous infusion by the intravenous infusion therapy team on a regular basis, can effectively reduce the risks of intravenous infusion, so the quality of intravenous infusion care will be improved.
