| 摘 要： | 对107例传染性软疣进行临床分析,测定了10例疣体的上皮细胞DNA含量,并对1例皮损作透射电镜观察。结果表明10例皮损表皮细胞核的DNA含量均为二倍体,而增殖指数较正常对照高。电镜下,传染性软疣的细胞核呈现空泡化,细胞浆内有大量病毒颗粒,这是本病易于传染的主要原因。

| Abstract: | In this paper, 107 cases of molluscum contagiosum (MC) were analysized clinically, DNA content of epithelial cells, in 10 caaes MC was studied by of flow cytometry and the ultrastructure of skin in one case of MC were observed. The results indicated that the DNA content of epithelial cell were all diploid, while the proliferative index (PI)in MC was higher than that in control. The nuclei became vacuolated and there was a number of virus granules in cytoplasm, which may be a main reason of high transmition of MC. |
