升解通瘀汤对大鼠心脏缺血再灌注损伤的心功能影响

摘    要:目的 探讨升解通瘀汤对心脏缺血再灌注损伤心功能的影响。方法 大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、中药组(升解通瘀汤组)、西药组(倍他乐克组)和中西药组(升解通瘀汤十倍他乐克组),并予相应处理。生理仪记录缺血期以及复灌期左室内压最大变化速率(±dp/dt max),左室舒张末期压(LVEDP)及左室收缩末期压(LVSP);心肌染色测定缺血面积和梗死面积百分比。结果预防性口服升解通瘀汤可以降低心肌梗死面积,升高心肌缺血再灌注损伤的LVSP和+dp/dt max,降低INEDP和-dp/dt max,进而改善心肌血供。结论升解通瘀汤对大鼠心脏缺血再灌注损伤具有心肌保护作用。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the effect of Shengjietongyu Tang(STT) in protecting the heart of SD rats from ischemia - reperfusion injury (IRI) after induced ischemic event. Method: SD rats post induced myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury models. 35 SD rats were divided into 5 groups: sham group, model group, Chinese medicine treatment group (STT treatment group), western medicine treatment group (Metoprolol treatment group), and Chinese -Westetla combination treatment group(STT- Metoprolol treatment group). + dp/dt max, LVEDP and LVSP of the left ventricle during the procedure were recorded. The heart was stained with TTC and photograph was taken to measure the ischenlic area. Result: Pre - treatment of STT was shown to reduce myocardial infarct area: simultaneously increase coronary circulation (by increasing LVSP and + dp/dt max, and decrease LVEDP). Conclusion: pre - treatment of STT has been shown to protect the heart fitllowing myocardial ischemia - reperfusion injury in SD rats.
