| 摘 要： | 本文报告２５９例脑部疾病病人ＳＰＥＣＴ脑显像结果，并与ＣＴ，ＭＲＩ，ＥＥＧ及ＴＣＤ等检查作比较。结果表明：ＳＰＥＣＴ对脑梗塞的早期确诊，ＴＩＡ的辅助诊断和癫痫的定位诊断有较大价值。脑血流断层显像诊断意义大，但其他核素显像方法在某些疾病中仍有很大诊断价值。

| Abstract: | The results of SPECT imaging of the brain in 259 patients with various brain diseases were reported and compared the results of SPECT with CT,MRI,EEG and TCD. Among them,252 patients underwent SPECT imaging of cerebral blood flow , and 12 cases underwent other radionuclide imagings of the brain. The results revealed that SPECT has. a great diagnostic value forearly detection of acute cerebral infarction and TIA, and for localization of epileptic foci. SPECT tomographic imagings of cerebral blood flow has a great diagnostic value,but other radionuclide imaging of the brain are still very helpful for the diagnosis of some brain diseases. |
