系统化护理干预对老年慢性支气管哮喘患者的临床价值

目的探讨系统化护理干预对老年慢性支气管哮喘患者的临床应用价值。方法选取2012年3月～2013年3月102例老年慢性支气管哮喘患者，随机分为观察组（51例）和对照组（51例），观察组采用系统化护理干预，对照组采用传统护理方法，比较两组患者的焦虑程度及满意度。结果观察组患者的焦虑程度明显低于对照组：观察组满意率为98．04％，对照组满意率为80．39％，观察组患者满意度比对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论系统化护理具有一定的临床价值，该措施对老年慢性支气管哮喘患者的治疗与恢复具有重要意义。

The clinical value of systematic nursing intervention for elderly patients with chronic bronchial asthma

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the systematic nursing intervention in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchial asthma. Methods 102 elderly cases with chronic bronchial asthma were selected from March 2012 to March 2013,they were randomly divided into the observation group （51 cases） and the control group （51 cases）.The observation group adopted the systematic nursing intervention measures,and the control group used the tra- ditional nursing methods.Then the anxiety level and satisfaction of two groups of patients were compared. Results The level of anxiety of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the rate of sat- isfaction in the observation group was up to 98.04%,and the control group was 80.39%,the satisfaction was much higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Systematic nursing is of important clinical value,and it is of great significance for the treatment and recovery of elderly patients with chronic bronchial asthma.
