| 摘 要： | 目的观察半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床效果。方法将262例慢性胆囊炎患者随机分为治疗组131例（脱落9例）和对照组各131例（脱落10例）。治疗组用半夏泻心汤辨证加减治疗。对照组给予常规西药治疗，两组疗程均为15d。进行临床疗效评价。结果治疗组的总有效率为95．08％，高于对照组的83．47％（P〈0．05）。结论半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性胆囊炎，临床效果肯定，可进一步推广应用。

| Abstract: | Oljective To observe the clinical effect of addition and subtraction of Pinellia heart-draining decoction treating chronic cholecystitis. Methods 262 case with chronic cholecystitis were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=131 and 9 cases dropping） and the control group （n=131 and 10 cases dropping）.The treatment group was giv- en the addition and subtraction of Pinellia heart-draining decoction while the control group was given traditional west- ern medicine.Both groups were treated for 15 days.The curative effect was evaluated in both groups after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group （95.08%） was higher than that of the control group （83.47%） （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of addition and subtraction of Pinellia heart-draining decoction treating chronic eholeeystitis.h can be further promoted and applied. |
