曼月乐宫内节育器治疗子宫腺肌病的效果分析

目的探讨曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病的临床效果。方法选取2010年6月～2013年3月本院门诊收治的32例子宫腺肌病患者为研究对象，均放置曼月乐宫内节育器，观察放置前后患者的月经量、痛经情况的改善效果。结果放置曼月乐后3、6个月患者的月经量明显减少，痛经程度明显缓解，与放置前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论放置曼月乐能够有效减少子宫腺肌病患者的月经量，改善痛经程度，无明显不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of Mirena IUD in treatment of adenomyosis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mirena IUD in treatment of adenomyosis.Methods 32 cases of patients with adenomyosis admitted in our hospital from June 2010 to March 2013 were selected,Mirena IUD was given to the patients.The improvement of menstrual blood volume and dysmenorrhea was observed before and after the placement of Mirena IUD.Results Menstrual blood volume was reduced obviously after Mirena IUD were placed by 3 months and 6 months.Dysmenorrhea also had been relieved significantly,the difference between before and after the placement was significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Mirena IUD can effectively reduce the menstrual blood volume of pa- tients with adenomyosis,and improve the degree of dysmenorrhea,and has no obvious adverse reactions.h is worthy of clinical application.
