原发性双侧乳腺癌16例临床分析

目的探讨原发性双侧乳腺癌的临床特征、治疗和预后。方法对16例原发性双侧乳腺癌的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果16例原发性双侧乳腺癌患者中，同时性发生7例，异时性发生9例，绝经前发生9例，病理类型以浸润性导管癌和导管内癌为主，双侧癌中0～I期比例高（P〈0．05），经综合治疗后生存情况良好。结论单侧乳腺癌发生后应积极随访，以早期发现对侧是否发生病变，并采取综合治疗措施。

Clinical Analysis of 16 Patients with Bilateral Primary Breast Cancer

Objective To study the characteristics, treatment and the prognosis of bilateral primary breast cancer（ BPBC）. Methods Clinical materials of 16 cases with BPBC were performed with retrospective study. Results 16 cases were all confirmed with BPBC,including 7 presented simultaneous bilateral tumors and 9 developed bilateral breast cancer with interval in between. 9 cases got it before menopause as the patients suffered from the first breast cancer. Pathological types of 16 cases were mostly invasive ductal carcinoma or DCIS. More cases with stage 0 - I tumors were found in BPBC （ P 〈 0.05）. All 16 Patients were in good condition after surgery, radiation treatment and chemotherapy. Conclusion One should take more care of the patients with unilateral breast cancer and beware of the possibility of BPBC, and treat the patients with polytherapy once they are confirmed with BPBC.
