| 摘 要： | 目的对复方清肝明目汤化学成分进行研究,为其活性成分研究提供化学研究基础。方法以水煎煮提取,石油醚萃取,石油醚部位以NaOH,HCl及氯仿萃取纯化,氯仿纯化液再以5%NaHCO3-氯仿及5%Na2CO3-氯仿CCD法粗分,最后用硅胶干柱分离得到2个单体化合物,结果此两个单体化合物经MS、IR及1H-NMR鉴定为大黄素甲醚(physcion)和大黄酚(chrysophanol)。结论此两个化合物均为首次从该复方中得到。

| Abstract: | Objective:In order to study the material basis of active constituents,resherching the chemical constituents on the Qingganmingmu soup petroleum ether fraction.Methods :The Qingganmingmu soup was extracted by water.After initial separation with methods of systematic solevent,two compounds were separated from by silica chromatograpy colume.The compounds were identified by physical properities and spectum technology.Results : Respectively they are physcion and chrysophanol.Conclusions : The two compounds were found from the Qingganmingmu Soup first time. |
