基层医院开展新生儿疾病筛查现状调查研究

目的调查某基层医院开展新生儿疾病筛查的现状。方法2007年1月～2010年12月对某院出生的新生儿人数及2010年在院产妇、现场在岗妇产科医护人员进行调查，并对医护人员、产妇及家属进行新生儿疾病筛查相关知识的问卷调查。结果4年期问，新生儿疾病筛查率逐年升高，医患双方关于新生儿疾病筛查知识认知度差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论新生儿疾病筛查率在基层医院的开展状况有较大提高，仍然需要广大医护人员加强自身的业务学习，并加强对产妇家属的宣传教育，提高新生儿疾病筛查率，减少出生缺陷，提高人口素质。

Investigation on neonatal illness screening in basic level hospital

Objective To investigate the status of neonatal illness screening in basic-level hospital.Methods From January 2007 to December 2010,the number of neonatus,puerpera in 2010,medical workers in department of gynaecology and obstetrics were investigated.Questionnaire survey about neonatal illness screening was done in medical staff,puerperal and family members in one basic-level hospital.Results During the four years,the screening rate of neonatal illness increased year by year.The awareness of neonatal screening knowledge was statistically significant between the doctors,puerperal,and family members(P <0.05).Conclusion The neonatal illness screening rate in basic level hospitals were improved greatly,but the medical staff still need to enforce their vocational study,strengthen the propaganda education,improve the screening rate of neonatal illness,and to reduce the birth defects,improve the population quality.
