托管模式在潍坊市公立医院改革中的实践与思考

公立医院改革作为医改内容的重要部分，一直备受各方关注，而如何创新管理、优化医疗资源，成了各个公立医院亟待解决的问题之一。山东省潍坊市作为国务院确定的16个公立医院改革试点城市之一，我们在此方面进行了一定的探索与研究，最终以“托管”的模式开启公立医院的改革之路，提高了医院的管理水平，同时对公立医院的改革进行有益探索。

Practice and Thinking about Trusteeship Model of Public Hospital Reform in Weifang City

Public hospital reform as an important part of healthcare reform has long attracted wide attention,however,how to realize innovation management and optimization of medical resources has become one of the burning problems to be solved.In Weifang City of Shandong Province,which is one of the sixteen cities where experimental reforms of public hospitals are launched by State Council,a certain amount of exploration and practice has been carried out,and ultimately "trusteeship" model will open up a path to public hospital reform.
