加替沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗泌尿系统感染的临床研究

目的 分析加替沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗泌尿系统感染的临床疗效,总结治疗泌尿系统感染的有效方法及安全性.方法 选择94例泌尿系统感染患者,随机分为两组,观察组47例采用加替沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗,对照组47例仅使用加替沙星治疗,两组疗程均为7～10d,对两组的有效率、细菌清除率及不良反应进行比较.结果 观察组总有效率为100.00％,对照组总有效率为82.98％,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组细菌清除率为100.00％,对照组细菌清除率为82.98％,两组细菌清除效果比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组不良反应发生率为6.37％,对照组不良反应发生率为4.26％,两组不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 加替沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗泌尿系统感染效果显著,且不良反应少,使用安全,可作为泌尿系统感染的首选药物.

Clinical study on gatifloxacin combined with azithromycin in treating urinary tract infections

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of gatifloxacin combined with azithromycin in the treatment of urinary tract infections,and to summarize the effective way to treat urinary tract infections and its safety.Methods 94 cases of urinary tract infection were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(47 cases) was treated with gatifloxacin plus azithromycin.The control group(47 cases) used only gatifloxacin.The treatment course in both two groups was 7-10 d.The effctive rate,the bacterial clearance rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 100% in the observation group and 82.98% in the control group,showing statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The bacterial clearance rate was 100.0% in the observation group and 82.98% in the control group with statistical difference between them(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 6.37% and 4.26% in the control group without statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Gatifloxacin combined azithromycin has significant effects in the treatment of urinary tract infection with less adverse reactions and high security,which can be used as the first choice for treating urinary tract infections.
