| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹部非胃手术后胃瘫发病机制、诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾分析9例腹部非胃手术后胃瘫临床资料。结果2例患者于第5d恢复胃动力,其余7例均于1周内恢复,夹闭胃管,进流食,给予拔除营养管后2月未见不良反应。结论腹部非胃手术后胃瘫机制较复杂,可能为多因素导致的结果,临床上以肠内营养治疗效果明显同时加以其他辅助治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective Explore pathogenesis,diagnosis and therapy of postsurgical gastro-paresis unincluding gastric operation.Methord Retrospective analysis of 9 cases.Result 2 cases recovery stomach dynamic,others in one week,occlusing decompression and giving liquid diet,and after pulling out nutrient canal and feel fine.Conclusion Pathogenesis is complicated,maybe the results of multiple factors,and enteral nutrition is efficacy.Meanwhile,adjunctive therapy is important. |
