糖尿病大鼠甲状腺组织降钙素免疫阳性滤泡旁细胞的变化

摘    要:目的 探讨糖尿病大鼠甲状腺组织降钙素免疫阳性滤泡旁细胞(C细胞)的变化.方法 14只雄性Wistar大鼠完全随机分为糖尿病模型组(8只)和对照组(6只).大鼠成模后12周末处死,免疫组织化学方法观察大鼠甲状腺组织中降钙素免疫阳性C细胞的变化.结果 糖尿病组甲状腺组织中降钙素免疫阳性C细胞呈圆形或椭圆形,单个或集中分布于甲状腺滤泡及甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞之间.高倍镜下降钙素免疫阳性C细胞计数糖尿病组为(37.4±6.5),多于正常对照组的(32.4±4.5) 低倍镜下降钙素免疫阳性C细胞阳性面积与视场总面积之比为(0.0126±0.0047),高于正常对照组的(0.0094±0.0052),差异均有统计学意义(t=3.655、3.310,均P<0.05).结论 糖尿病大鼠甲状腺降钙素免疫阳性滤泡旁细胞增多.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of the parafollicular cells (C cell) in the thyroid of diabetes mellitus ( DM ) rats. Methods Fourteen male W rats were divided randomly into DM experiment group ( n = 8 )and normal (N) group ( n = 6). DM rats were sacrificed when 12 weeks after administration. Then the change of the number of calcitionin-positive C cells was investigated by immunohistochemistry method. Results Calcitionin-positive C cells in the thyroid of DM rats were round or ellips and were distributed separately or concentratively between the thyroid follicle and follicle epithelial cells. Under the high power lens, the C cell count of DM group was 37.400 ± 6. 533, which is more than the C cell count of N group ( 32.453 ± 4.5117 ). Under the lower power lens, The ratio of the positive reactive area and total area of the field of view in DM group was 0. 012 612 ±0. 0047 273, which was also higher than that of the N group(0.009 398 ±0.005 228). Both the distinctions had statistical significance.Conclusion The number of parafollicular cells increases in the thyroid of DM rats.
