不同位置头静脉留置针穿刺对手术患者的影响

目的：研究不同位置头静脉留置针穿刺对手术患者静脉炎发生率、留置时间的影响。方法选择100例手术患者，随机分为实验组（n=50）与观察组（n=50）。观察组采用头静脉前臂下段进行留置针穿刺，实验组采用头静脉前臂中段进行留置针穿刺，观察两组手术患者头静脉留置针的留置时间及静脉炎的发生情况。结果实验组患者留置针留置时间长于观察组，实验组静脉炎发生率低于观察组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论手术患者选择头静脉前臂中段留置留置针，可有效降低静脉炎的发生率和延长留置时间。

Influence of different position cephalic vein indwelling needle puncture on operation patients

Objective To study the incidence of phlebitis and the retain time on surgical patients’ with different posi-tion of cephalic vein indwelling needle puncture. Methods 100 surgical patients were randomly divided into experi-mental group （n=50） and observation group （n=50）.The observation group was punctured with the Indwelling needle on the under of forearm cephalic vein.The experimental group was punctured with the indwelling needle puncture on the middle of forearm cephalic vein.Then the incidence of phlebitis and the retain time of indwelling needle were observed. Results The retain time of indwelling needle in experimental group was longer,but phlebitis incidence lower than the control group,there was statistically significal difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Choosing In-dwelling needle puncture in the middle can effectively decrease the incidence of phlebitis and recrease the retain time of indwelling needle for surgical patients.
