安氏疗法治疗痔疮的临床效果

目的：探讨安氏疗法治疗痔疮的临床效果。方法将本院2013年1～12月收治的64例痔疮患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,观察组32例采用安氏疗法治疗,对照组32例采用采用消痔灵注射液治疗,观察两组的临床效果。结果观察组的总有效率为96.88%,明显高于对照组的84.38%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组住院时间为（5.23±0.91）d,对照组为（9.02±1.23） d,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组肛门疼痛1例（3.13%）,对照组术后发生肛门狭窄、感染、大出血及肛门硬结等术后并发症9例（28.13%）,两组并发症比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论安氏疗法治疗痔疮可缩短住院时间,操作简便,疗效肯定,并发症少,值得在基层医院推广应用。

Clinical effect of Ann therapy in the treatment of hemorrhoids

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ann therapy in the treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods 64 patients with hemorrhoids in our hospital from January to December 2012 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,the observation group of 32 cases with Ann therapy,control group of 32 patients with Xiaozhiling injection treatmen,the clinical effect of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 96.88%,significantly higher than the control group of 84.38%,the two groups were statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.The length of hospital stay in observation group was （5.23±0.91） d,the control group was （9.02±1.23） d,the two groups were statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.Observation group anal pain in 1 case （3.13%） and control group postoperative anal stenosis,infection,hemorrhage,and anal scleroma postoperative complications such as 9 cases （28.13%）,the two groups were statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ann therapy method to treat hemorrhoids method,it can shorten the hospitalization time,simple operation,the curative effect affirmation and few complications,it is worthy of basiclevel hospitals clinical promoted application.
