| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨术后心理护理与患肢功能训练在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年2月～2014年2月经手术治疗的29例乳腺癌患者作为观察组，均在术后给予心理护理以及患肢功能训练，并选取同期接受手术治疗的30例乳腺癌患者作为对照组，仅接受术后的常规护理干预，比较分析两组护理后的心理状况、患肢功能恢复以及生活质量情况。结果观察组的症状自评量表评分、肩关节评分与护理满意度情况均显著好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对乳腺癌患者术后开展心理护理与患肢功能训练，能够良好地改善患者的不良心理问题，增加肩关节功能的恢复效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate application effect of psychological nursing and disease limb function training after operation in patients with breast cancer. Methods 29 patients with breast cancer patients treated by operation treatment from February 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and they were given psychological nursing and disease limb function training;meanwhile another 30 cases with breast cancer patients treated by operation were selected as the control group,and they were only given conventional nursing intervention.The psychological conditions,recovery of disease limb function and quality of life conditions of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The symptom checklist score,shoulder score and nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of psychological nursing and disease limb functions training for patients with breast cancer can effectively improve the adverse psychological problems of patients,improve the shoulder function recovery effect. |
